The report, released by the World Bank, also projects that growth will pick up steam in developing countries, and those advanced economies will continue to lead the recovery.  According to the report, developing countries are expected to grow at a rate of 4.5 percent in 2022 , compared with 2.7 percent in advanced economies and 2.9 percent in emerging markets.
